Check-in in the light day look: “How are you arriving?” – a dot on a field between tense and calm, high and low energy.
Rapport’s home screen in the dark evening look: “Let the day get quieter.” with a three-question evening reflection.

01 · The idea

From moment
to pattern.

Many apps collect loose data: a mood here, a note there. Rapport looks at sequences – at how an experience turns, through a feeling and an interpretation, into a behaviour. And whether that keeps happening.

An example of an experience chain in five steps:

  1. SituationInterrupted in a meeting
  2. FeelingFrustration
  3. Interpretation“I’m being overlooked.”
  4. NeedRecognition
  5. BehaviourWithdrawing

An example of an experience chain. No link is required – and what happened is kept separate from how you interpret it.

Insights are hypotheses.
You decide.

When a chain repeats, Rapport shows a possible pattern – carefully worded, together with the entries it is based on. You rate it: fits, partly, doesn’t fit. Or you hide it.

Early signal · counted from your entries

After difficult meetings, you sometimes describe wanting to withdraw.

Why am I seeing this?
Journal · 2 Oct

“Afterwards I didn’t want to talk to anyone.”

Evidence comes only from your own entries. This is a connection, not proof – there can be many reasons.

Your possible answers:

  • Fits
  • Partly
  • Doesn’t fit
  • Hide

Small experiments. Try something new – say, a ten-minute walk after the next difficult meeting instead of withdrawing – and see whether it does you good. Rapport remembers what you found out.

Rapport screen “Early signal”: a possible pattern with “Why you’re seeing this”, a journal quote as evidence and the answers fits, partly, doesn’t fit.

02 · Day & evening

Arrive in the morning.
Let go at night.

Like the app, this page follows the clock: light during the day for your check-in, dark from 7 pm for reflection.

Day · Check-in

How are you arriving?

A dot between tense and calm, between lots of and little energy – in half a minute. Plus, if you like, an intention and one thing for today.

Night · Reflection

Let the day get quieter.

Three questions, three minutes: put your day in context, set thoughts down, settle. And if you simply want to be heard, Rapport just listens – no analysis.

  • 3 min
  • Evening

Rhythm, not streaks. No penalties, no guilt. If you’ve been away for a few days: Welcome back. Nothing to catch up on.

03 · Inner World

Your inner world
as a calm map.

People, feelings, needs and themes from your entries – and how they connect. Every connection is based on experiences you described yourself.

  • Where does this come from?Tap a point and see which experiences it is based on.
  • You have the final sayView, change, hide or delete anything.
  • No labelsNo diagnoses – neither for you nor for anyone else. Behaviour is described; people are not judged.

The Impulses area in the evening look: today’s impulse “Talk to yourself today the way you would talk to someone you like.”, inspired by Joseph Murphy, followed by presence practices inspired by Eckhart Tolle.

04 · Impulses

Old ideas,
simple words.

Small practices inspired by Eckhart Tolle, Joseph Murphy and Joe Dispenza – in our own simple words, translated into grounded everyday practice.

Presence in the now

inspired by Eckhart Tolle

Notice thoughts instead of believing them right away. Life happens now.

Any time

Inner sentences

inspired by Joseph Murphy

What you often tell yourself shapes what you expect. Believable bridge sentences instead of big promises.

Evening

Practising a new you

inspired by Joe Dispenza

Notice habits, set an intention and rehearse the behaviour you want in your mind.

Morning

Honestly framed. No quotes, no promises of healing: every idea says openly what is well researched and what remains an image. Rapport is not affiliated with the authors named or their publishers. Impulses can be switched off at any time.

05 · Privacy
